  24. Because it's a PC!!  Monitor cards do wierd things, like have the same
  25. address space.  You could solve all of this by using another type of
  26. computer.  That is an answer for another newsgroup.

  28. The real problem is that this question is for another newsgroup as well,
  29. as a good percentage of the people here don't have SVGA cards, MONO cards,
  30. VESA buss cards, or want anything to do with them!!
